• The AI assistant sends your moving details (postcodes, property type, move date) to our API to calculate a quote
• If you choose to submit your contact details (name, email, phone), these are shared with the removal company you requested a quote from
• Your data is processed in the same way as quotes submitted directly through our website
• We record the source of the enquiry (e.g. "ai_agent") so the removal company knows how you found them

Use of third-party AI assistants is also subject to their own privacy policies (e.g. OpenAI's Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for how these platforms handle your data outside of our services.

7. Data Retention

We retain your quote data for up to 2 years to allow removal companies to follow up on enquiries and for our legitimate business purposes. After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
